1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OrgSweep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OrgSweep is a CRM operations platform that provides Salesforce data cleanup, natural language reporting, admin automation, and email synchronization tools. The Service connects to your Salesforce org and email providers via OAuth.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must have authorization to connect the Salesforce orgs and email accounts you use with OrgSweep.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Data & Permissions
- OrgSweep accesses your Salesforce data only with the permissions you grant via OAuth.
- We never modify Salesforce records without your explicit approval (e.g., confirming a merge operation).
- Email sync is read-only — we never send emails on your behalf.
- You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting from the Service.
5. Billing
- Free accounts include limited functionality as described on our pricing page.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' data.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
7. Limitation of Liability
OrgSweep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your Salesforce data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
